4C for Children
Improves the effectiveness and accessibility of early childhood education in Southwestern Ohio and Northern Kentucky.

AFL-CIO Labor Food Pantry
Provides emergency food to members of organized labor and other working families during times of crisis.

AIDS Resource Center Ohio
Provides comprehensive HIV/AIDS prevention and support services including case management, emergency assistance, access to medical care, prevention education, HIV testing, counseling and referral.

American Lung Association of Ohio
The mission of the American Lung Association is to prevent lung disease and promote lung health.

American Red Cross, Dayton Area Chapter
Provides relief to victims of disasters and helps people prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies; led by volunteers and guided by its Congressional Charter and the fundamental principles of the International Red Cross.

Artemis Center for Alternatives to Domestic Violence
Provides critically needed services to unsheltered domestic violence victims and their children, including court accompaniment, legal services, crisis intervention, children's therapy and support groups.

Arthritis Foundation, Ohio River Valley
Improves lives through leadership in the prevention, control and cure of arthritis and related diseases through research, education, disease management courses, exercise and support programs.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Miami Valley
Provides responsible adult companionship for children in single-parent homes who lack mature, constructive influences due to the physical or psychological absence of a parent.

Boy Scouts of America, Miami Valley Council
Provides comprehensive youth development program for boys ages six through 13 and for young men and women ages 14 through 20; includes Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Venturing and Exploring.

Boy Scouts of America, Tecumseh Council
Provides comprehensive youth development programs for boys ages six through 20 and for young women ages 14 through 20; includes Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Venturing and Exploring.

Boys & Girls Club of Dayton
Provides atmosphere for all young people, especially those in need, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.

Camp Fire USA, Greater Dayton Council
Helps meet the needs of families by empowering children and families to achieve increased self-sufficiency and social responsibility.

Catholic Social Services of the Miami Valley
Assists all in-need through professional counseling, emergency food assistance, adoption, foster care, child abuse prevention, child day care, pregnancy counseling and parenting education.

CHEERS
Promotes fulfilling lives for adults with developmental disabilities by offering recreation, social and educational activities.

Clothes That Work!
Clothes That Work! builds self-confidence and increases job opportunities by providing interview, work appropriate clothing and related services to women, men and independent teens preparing for self-reliance.

Community Action Partnership
Works with local communities to eliminate the causes and conditions of poverty and to promote individual independence and self-sufficiency.

Community Children's Center, Yellow Springs
Provides early care and education programs for children of all abilities aged eighteen months through third grade.

Dakota Center Inc.
Provides programs and activities that are social, cultural, educational and recreational for youth and seniors who live in the inner-West Dayton community.

Daybreak
Provides emergency shelter, crisis management and support services for at-risk, runaway and homeless young people; offers crisis hotline, transitional housing, street-outreach, substance abuse and violence prevention.

Day-Mont Behavioral Health Care
Provides culturally competent behavioral health care (Mental Health and Substance Abuse) services in the setting most conducive to the therapeutic need of the consumer.

Dayton Christian Center
Serves the communities of Lower Dayton View and the historic Inner East End by providing spiritual, physical, social and intellectual enrichment among youth and families.

Dayton Urban League
Provides comprehensive employment assistance and a full range of services to youth including teen parenting skills, male responsibility, education services, job skills and leadership skills.

Dayton Urban Ministry Center
Faith-based organization dedicated to empowering residents to become a vital, stable community by fostering leadership skills through social, economic and educational preparedness.

Diabetes Association of the Dayton Area
Provides assistance to anyone with diabetes regardless of ability to pay; programs include camp for children, assistance with diabetes supplies and education classes.

East End Community Services Corporation
Work with the residents of the Twin Towers East Dayton neighborhoods to build a prosperous, healthy and caring community.

Epilepsy Foundation of Western Ohio
Ensures that people with seizure disorders are able to participate in all of life's experiences; provides community education, peer support groups, prescription assistance, information/referral and advocacy.

Fairborn Senior Center
Provides recreational, educational and wellness activities for senior citizens and social services to assist the frail elderly in obtaining community resources including: homemaker and transportation service.

Family Service Association of Dayton
Strengthens families and communities by providing counseling, prevention, education, group services and community-building within the greater Dayton area.

Family Violence Prevention Center of Greene County
Reduces family violence in Greene County by providing domestic violence services including shelter, case management, crisis hotline, counseling, community education, and prevention programs.

Fisher/Nightingale House
Provides shelter and support for families and outpatients in need of temporary housing during medical treatment at WPAFB Medical Center.

The Foodbank
Provides the collection and distribution point for 3 million pounds of food annually; provides 83% of all food supplies to the charitable food networks in Montgomery, Greene and Preble counties.

Germantown Community Services
Provides support to residents in need of food, medical, rent and utility assistance.

Girl Scouts, Buckeye Trails Council
Provides services to girls aged 5 to17; builds courage, confidence and character so girls make the world a better place.

Good Neighbor House
Supports the indigent with food, clothing, and household items; clinic serves the working poor with medical, dental and vision services.

Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley
Provides a range of services to empower people with disabilities and other needs to achieve independence and enhance their lives.

Graceworks Lutheran Services
Serves people of all faiths by providing housing for the elderly, disabled persons with mental retardation and developmental disabilities, as well as adoption and credit counseling.

Habitat for Humanity - Dayton, Ohio
Utilizes volunteer labor, donated funds and materials to build safe, decent homes for low-income families who could not otherwise afford homeownership.

Habitat for Humanity - Greene County
Builds affordable homes in Greene County for low income families using donated funds, materials, volunteer labor and "sweat equity" of the families buying the homes.

HelpLink 2-1-1
Provides Montgomery, Greene and Preble Counties with a free telephone service that links people to appropriate assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Hithergreen Senior Center
Provides recreational, educational, fitness and health and human services for senior citizens in Centerville, Kettering and Washington Township.

Home Care of Greene Memorial Hospital
Assists Greene County residents who do not qualify for state or federal assistance to live independently in their homes by providing personal care/homemaking services.

Hospice of Dayton
Provides hospice care services to terminally ill patients in their home, nursing home or in the Care Center, as well as support for their families, regardless of ability to pay.

House of Bread
Nourishes the bodies, minds, hearts and souls of guests, while serving as a bridge to other beneficial community resources.

Interfaith Hospitality Network
Develops, maintains and coordinates a coalition of local churches to provide emergency, temporary shelter and nutritious meals for homeless families in Greene County; coordinates transportation for their children to attend school until families find permanent housing.

Jewish Federation of the Greater Dayton Area
Provides services to the elderly including a residential and respite facility, day care, day camp and recreational activities, all of which are open to the entire community.

L&M Products of Preble County
Enhances the quality of life for adults with developmental disabilities in Preble County by providing self-advocacy training, socialization opportunities, seniors programming and work opportunities.

Legal Aid of Western Ohio
Provides free legal assistance in civil cases for eligible low income, disabled and elderly individuals and groups in Montgomery County.

Life Essentials, Inc.
Trains and supports volunteers to help elderly neighbors maintain quality of life by providing rides to medical appointments, essential errands and friendly visits.

Mercy Manor, Inc.
Provides women just released from prison with housing and support services to attain their GED, secure meaningful employment and reunify with their children and families.

Miami Valley Literacy Council
Provides education and literacy instruction for adults and children functioning at the lowest literacy levels; trains literacy tutors and reading volunteers to combat illiteracy.

Miamisburg Youth Center
Provides after school activities and guidance for eight to 15 year old youth, counseling for abused students and a school-time program for suspended Miamisburg students.

Ohio Youth Sports Association (OYSA)
Provides specialized programs and services in academic enrichment, community service, career-planning, personal development, college placement and fitness and wellness to area youth.

Ombudsman
Provides information and referrals to answer citizen's questions, investigates complaints against administrative acts of government and long term care providers.

Omega Community Development Corporation
Mission is to transform Northwest Dayton into a family supportive neighborhood through youth and family development programming, support for affordable housing and economic development.

The Other Place
Provides services to adults who are currently homeless, at risk of homelessness or formerly homeless through education, prevention skills, street outreach, day shelter services, case management and follow-up.

PFLAG: Parents Families and Friends of Lesbians & Gays
Promotes the health and well-being of gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered and intersexed persons, their families and friends, through advocacy, education, and support.

Preble County Council On Aging
Provides information and referral, Friendly Visitor, telephone reassurance, homemaker, chore, transportation, fiscal support services, newsletter and senior center programs for elderly to help them live independently.

Premier Community Health
Provides free mammography for women and free screenings for colorectal cancer, skin cancer, diabetes and lung and heart screenings for the under and uninsured.

Project READ
Strengthens adult and family literacy programs by recruiting volunteers and students for literacy organizations and by promoting collaboration among organizations to improve services.

Reach Out of Montgomery County
Provides information and access to healthcare services while helping children and their families find a primary healthcare provider.

Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Miami Valley Region, Inc.
Provides a caring and convenient place to stay for families with children receiving medical care at any area hospital.

Salvation Army of Greater Dayton
Provides shelter for homeless men, women and children, emergency food and utility assistance, Christmas assistance and social development programs for high-risk youth.

Senior Resource Connection
Provides comprehensive services for special needs adults and frail elderly including Meals on Wheels, congregate meals, adult daycare and protective services, home care, employment and volunteerism.

A Special Wish Foundation, Inc.
Grants a special wish to children, age birth to 21 years, who have been diagnosed with a life-threatening illness, based on medical criteria; offers emotional support to the child's immediate family.

St. Vincent Hotel, Inc.
Provides shelter, food, clothing, emergency assistance, transitional and permanent housing, case management, vocational and academic opportunities to homeless and unemployed individuals and families.

Suicide Prevention Center
Provides residents of the Miami Valley with two 24-hour crisis hotlines, support groups, school prevention programs and resource materials intended to save lives threatened by suicide.

Unified Health Solutions
Provides prevention and education programs and services that will empower individuals to practice healthier lifestyles and be wise consumers of health care resources.

United Rehabilitation Services
Provides services for individuals of all ages with disabilities that include childcare, vocational training/placement, hearing and speech therapy, physical and occupational therapy.

Volunteer Connection
Promotes volunteer opportunities to fill the needs of nonprofits; finds meaningful volunteer opportunities for individuals and stakeholders; primary source of information on volunteerism for the Greater Dayton Area.

Volunteers of America, Dayton Service Center
Serves individuals, families and at-risk children in-need throughout Dayton communities by providing comprehensive recovery, employment, and education services.

We Care Arts, Inc.
Provides manual arts therapy workshop experiences for physically, mentally and emotionally handicapped individuals to enhance self-esteem and learn job skills.

Wellness Connection of the Miami Valley
Dedicated to reducing healthcare costs by providing early detection screenings and healthy living services to people in our community, regardless of ability to pay.

Wesley Community Center
Provides a forum where the physical and emotional needs of the community are met and nurtures the development of self-sufficiency for individuals and their families.

Womanline Counseling Center
Provides affordable counseling services to women, especially those who have been sexually abused, and educational services designed to prevent abuse of children and women.

Xenia Adult Recreation and Services Center
Serves age 50 + population with transportation, home-delivered meals, educational and recreational activities, case management and outreach services, information and referral.

Yellow Springs Community Council
Provides support for the charitable, educational and welfare endeavors of the community when other local organizations are not equipped or ready to provide such support.

YMCA of Greater Dayton
Mission driven, human services organization committed to providing programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.

YWCA Dayton
Works toward the elimination of racism, empowers women to be educated leaders and supports women and children in need to be safe and independent.
